As you might have gathered from reading my blog, Madeline is a pretty trendy girl. She likes to set them, not follow them. So it shouldn't have been a surprise to find out that within one year, all four of the married girls in my family would be having a baby, with Madeline leading the pack.She was the youngest grandchild for a short 8.5 months before Emily's baby, Andrew, joined the crew. He enjoyed his title for even less time, 3.5 months. His reign as youngest was interrupted when Cindy's baby boy, Beckett, was born early this morning. And that dear baby only got to be the youngest for a mere 6 or 7 hours before Katie's baby girl, Lily, arrived as well! These two babies not only share the same birthday, but they are basically double cousins. Pretty cool.
Now I just need for my own baby to get better so we can go kiss these babies. And since I don't have any pictures of the newbies, here's another one of mine.
Hooray for babies!

How fun for everyone! Did your sisters marry brothers too? My sister and brother married a brother and sister and it is kind of funny to see the similarities of their kids.
My sisters married stepbrothers, so the new babies aren't biologically double cousins. But close. That must be super interesting in your family!
Yeah for new babies! That's a lot to have in one year. Cameron still claims the youngest baby title on my side of the family, but not on Logan's side. But that might change in another year.
Yeah! for Madeline the trend setter! She is so beautiful.
They delivered the same day? So crazy. Wow congrats to them both.
I just love you, Sarah, and your excitement for motherhood. You're a doll. And I love your writing. And Madeline's a doll, too--takes after her mama. And I'm counting down to when we can play together! Congrats on being a new aunt like a million times over. So cool.
You'll say "Hooray for babies" even more when you get your first tax refund that includes Madeline. Hooray for babies!
Wow! That is so fun for your family! Yes, Madeline get better so you can go see the new babies and so you can come play with Nixon again. He started walking!
